Our Story

Hello! I’m Flor Lynch, founder of Zenith Body Works. The passion for this company began with my own health and wellness journey which took a turn for the worse five years ago. I had always taken pride in my health. I went to the gym five days a week and watched what I ate, I always tried to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. I did everything we are taught to do, believing that wellness came from good habits and not a pill. All that changed during an extremely stressful period in my career and I became extremely ill. My oxygen levels dropped to the point that simple physical tasks would leave me out of breath. For months, doctors from several leading hospitals searched for answers but couldn’t find the cause of my illness. As my conditions worsened, I finally had to be put on an oxygen machine. What they finally concluded was that, due to a rare auto immune disease, my body was attacking itself. I was put on several medications, recommended by my doctors, but I also took the initiative to look for ways to support my health and recovery at home. I first started with cold plunges, which I believe was one of the best methods of reducing my inflammation. With regular use, I could feel my strength coming back. But I was just getting started. What followed was Red Light Therapy, Saunas, Cryotherapy, Massages, and Hyperbaric Chambers. After a while my health was restored to previous levels. Most importantly, I got my life back! I’m more active than ever and I play pickleball on kind of a daily basis, which has become a bit of an obsession. I start every morning with breath work exercises and then take a long work with my service dog, Sophia. Today, I’ve gotten control of my health and my autoimmune disease is in remission. I started Zenith Body Works with the hope of providing access to the all of the equipment that proved so useful in my health recovery so that it may help restore quality of life to others..
